Full Job Description

At Siano Appliance we are seeking a Home Appliance Retail Sales Professionals to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

About the Position:

  • Great Hours! Typical hours are 10 to 6, Monday-Friday & Saturdays 10-6. We are closed on Sundays.
  • 5 day work week - off on Sundays and one other weekday - Saturdays and Holidays are Mandatory.
  • Our average salesperson will earn in the $40K range and our top performers will make over $60K.
  • This Position is a weekly paid Hourly job. Monthly sales incentives!

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Track & Answer Social media Questions

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is HIGHLY recommended.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills

We are looking for career minded individuals that have an outgoing personality matched with the ability to close sales quickly. The right sales professional will be very detail oriented and know how to dot their I's and cross their T's in the sales process. You will also be expected to keep track of your leads and follow up on all potential sales vigorously. Sales experience required and appliance sales experience helpful but not necessary.

THIS IS NOT A CLERK TYPE OF POSITION WE ARE NOT SELLING SHOES OR HAMBURGERS, WE PAY VERY WELL FOR GOOD PEOPLE THAT CAN WORK HARD AND SELL BIG TICKET ITEMS!
